Peninsula Club’s Active Community Support Fund to be Established

The Peninsula Club is set to establish an Active Community Support Fund which is set to become a major focal point for local community clubs and organisations as the Peninsula Club gets into full swing this summer.

Having purchased & refurbished the Dromana-Red Hill RSL, the Western Bulldogs are dedicated to helping foster and support local social networks. As a result, it has already started to generate development of a range of initiatives and activities designed and owned by the local community.

The Peninsula Club is totally committed to the principles of social community networking and the Active Community Support Fund provides a way of creating opportunities for local people of all ages to participate in and develop regular social contact activities.

Whether they are within structured organisations which are owned and run by the community or those that provide meaningful services for other members of the community.

Participation is easy - simply click on the Active Community Support Fund and follow the link to find out more about what‘s happening in your community, some ideas for suggested activities and downloadable application forms.  Read more....
